The staff were proactive and caring, taking lunch requests and offering recommendations for local attractions. The manager and his team were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the property had a beautiful view of the hills, with lush green surroundings and occasional sightings of deer. The terrace and loft provided a stunning panoramic view, especially during sunrise and sunset. The peaceful ambiance and melodic bird chirping made it a perfect retreat.
Nothing it is perfect.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a jungle resort in beautiful surroundings. The wooden cottages were a visual delight, and I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking mountain views from my room. The staff, especially Mr. Pal, the owner, were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any query or request. Moreover, the location of the hotel on the edge of the Mudemalai reserve added an extra charm to my stay.
The hotel could improve its room facilities and amenities. Nevertheless, it didn't affect my overall experience.

The service was lacking in some areas. We had trouble with the food, which didn't always match what we ordered, and the quality was poor.

The view was absolutely stunning, with gorgeous mountains as far as the eye could see. It was the perfect location for our romantic escape. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Plus, the food was authentic and delicious, including fresh local dishes that we had never tried before.
Our room was poorly maintained, and we found ourselves slipping on the muddy ground outside. We were also disappointed that there was no air conditioning, which made for a very uncomfortable stay.

Nestled amidst lush green forests, this resort is a perfect retreat, far away from the chaos of city life. the scenic location of the resort is so close to nature that you can embrace the stunning mountain views right from your room. the attentive service of the staff, delicious home-cooked meals, and charming wooden cottages make for an idyllic stay. the various facilities provided, such as a hot water kettle in rooms and pavered walkways for rainy days, add to the convenience of guests.
Although the rooms lack AC, the cool mountain breeze and natural environment compensate for the absence of artificial cooling.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
